Shipping policy

As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time. 

If after the time indicated you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible.

Young-Cult will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.

*During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Young-Cult by email to         info@young-cult.com. Young-Cult will proceed to refund the amount of the order including shipping costs as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse on the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refund
